If you booked an All-Inclusive Resort (Mexico or The Caribbean), these packages include accommodations and all your meals and drinks (including alcohol). They also include taxes and gratuities. Some resorts charge a resort fee (not all), in which case, it will be displayed on the price box next to the calendar.
This doesn't apply to resorts in the USA.

Once you submit your reservation request online, you will receive a verification phone call within a couple of days, and shortly after that, your reservation will be confirmed. Some resorts require you and your spouse to sign a form that includes the Terms and Conditions. That form can be sent back to us via email or fax.

Some resorts include a One-way transportation from the airport to the resort for two adults and two kids under 12 year of age. Currently only Sandos Resorts, and Villa del Palmar Resorts offer this free service. Please be advised that you are responsible for transportation back to the airport upon check-out.

No. These promotions do not allow groups of families or friends traveling together on the same dates with the same promotion. It is actually penalized by the resorts by charging full rack rate to one of parties at the time of check-in. Depending on the number of guests, you can book two rooms under one reservation to accommodate both families. Please refer to Terms and Conditions before booking.

You and every single member of your family will need a current passport to re-enter the United States or Canada.

We collect your form of payment on our secure reservation form. The card is not charged automatically, but your card will be charged once the reservation is confirmed. Usually, the processing time is two or three days after you submit your request online.
