Details of Participation
This offer is
sponsored by Marriott Vacation Club International as an advertising plan
for its Vacation Ownership program. This program is designed for
individuals or couples with a combined annual income of $60,000 or more.
Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately two hours is
required for this Preview package. If married, it is required that both
husband and wife attend the sales presentation together in order to
receive this package. Failure to attend the sales presentation will result
in the charge of the standard retail value of the accommodations. The
retail value of this Preview offer is up to $568. Standard retail value of
accommodations is an average seasonal rate of up to $154 per night. Retail
value of the two Attraction tickets is up to $106. Tickets are not
redeemable for cash. Package price includes guestroom accommodations at
Rosen Hotels for 4 days and 3 nights. Alternate accommodations of equal
value will be used if necessary. Guestroom will accommodate up to two
adults and two children. Upgrades may be purchased on a space available
basis due to the need for larger accommodations. Up to 4 additional nights
may be purchased for an additional fee. Additional night and upgrade fees
vary by size of the accommodations. Additional night and upgrade fees are
subject to change without notice. Holiday availability is limited. Any
changes to your reservation require fourteen (14) days advance notice to
avoid an additional charge of $99. Cancellations and no-shows will forfeit
package and purchase price. This is an advance purchase package. Purchase
price must be made with a major credit card, and a major credit card is
required at check-in. Transportation, additional expenses, and applicable
taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. You must have
written confirmation for this offer. One offer per family, no groups. This
offer is made on a space available basis. This offer is non-transferable
and the purchase price is non-refundable. This offer expires on 04/30/2004
and all travel must be completed before that date. Offer is subject to
