by Marriott Vacation Club International as an advertising
plan for its Vacation Ownership program. This program is designed
for individuals or couples with a combined annual income of
$60,000 or more. Attendance at a sales presentation lasting
approximately two hours is required for this Preview package.
If married, it is required that both husband and wife attend
the sales presentation together in order to receive this package.
Failure to attend the sales presentation will result in the
charge of the standard retail value of the accommodations.
The retail value of this Preview offer is up to $568. Standard
retail value of accommodations is an average seasonal rate
of up to $154 per night. Package price includes guestroom
accommodations at Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista
at the Marriott Village for 4 days and 3 nights plus two one
day passes for a major theme park. Alternate accommodations
of equal value will be used if necessary. Guestroom will accommodate
up to two adults and two children. Upgrades may be purchased
on a space available basis due to the need for larger accommodations.
Up to 1 additional night may be purchased for an additional
fee. Additional night and upgrade fees vary by size of the
